By participating in this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland ) and France aged 18 and over. Directors, management, employees, companies associated with the promotion, and immediate families of those mentioned above are ineligible to enter. 2

To enter the draw, an order including any Imperial Candle has to be placed on our website. The order number will automatically enter our draw.

All entries have an equal and random chance of winning.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. All prizes are subject to availability.
The prize: 18ct White Gold Art Deco Style ring with round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 0.54ct and baguette-cut rubies totalling 0.60ct worth over £2,000.
To claim the prize, winners must email Imperial Candles at email@example.com within the specified time period and provide the following details:
7. Prize must be claimed within 1 year from the promotion end date. Expiry: 15/01/2020. Claim after this date will not be valid and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize with no compensation or alternative offered
8. The Promotor accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
9. Furthermore, no responsibility will be accepted for lost or incomplete entries, including damages caused by entrants.
10. Entrants must ensure they provide correct and up-to-date contact details should they be a winner. Imperial Candles will not be responsible for incorrect information.
11. Proof of purchase may be required for prize verification. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence); disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions; disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details
12. Imperial Candles cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services. T&Cs may apply.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
14. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it in its sole discretion.
15. Imperial Candles reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any stage deemed necessary and/or for circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
16. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
17. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded, and the prize will be lost.
18. The personal information provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion (unless entrants have consented to receiving marketing communications at the point of entry or prior to this), and in accordance with the Promoter’s Data Privacy Notice which can be found at www.imperialcandles.co.uk/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any successor legislation or other applicable law.
19. By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge they may be required to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the winners’ name and/or image, statements made by the winner concerning the promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion and possible further use on Imperial Candles Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other social media platforms/website.
